Star-Crossed Love
Separated by fate
Choices time dealt
whether to stay in love
Or linger in torture
Because away from their hearts,
Their bodies wither,
Their souls mourn,
And their reason for living fade.
What paths would be recommended?
For another to replace,
They had searched
Unable to find the answer
To fill the hole,
The void
Left from her love
And he struggles to find a way to unite.
A predicament worse than death
To be so close, but unable to reach,
To see but, but can not behold.
Combined they are life.
With one another they bring completeness,
His voice fills her with trust,
Her beauty nourishes his heart,
Together, their hearts pounds in unison,
And fills the atmosphere
Like orchestral symphonies,
And it ensnares them with bliss,
Seasoned with warmth and trust.
But yet, a dilemma lurks
If both their love can not be eternal,
What worth would be in living if not in death
A life sentence would pale in comparison
How cruel love can be;
Soaring majestically on cupid's gestures,
And yet, tormenting as uncertainty.
Ill-fated lies their destiny
A star-cross love in bloom
But they fight to leave a legacy,
And live knowing that tomorrow's decision,
Would not kill their present Love.
